Where can I find a product that is not available online?
Our Customer Relations team can help you locate a product within one of our Vince Camuto stores or concessions around the UK. However, some items may not be available due to being sold out as a result of popular demand or be from a previous season’s collection.

Do I have to pay import charges?
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

How do I return my order for free?
We only offer free returns to deliveries despatched to a UK postal address. We include a Freepost label with all our deliveries. Simply attached the label to your parcel and take to your nearest post office. There is no need to contact us when posting a return. You will receive an email when your return is processed. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to reach your bank account.
Is it safe to order online?
