Please enter your 13 digit tracking number from your receipt into the Royal Mail ‘track your item’ section of their website.

Signature on Delivery

A signature is needed on delivery by our courier. If you are not in when the delivery arrives, our courier will leave a delivery note with information on how to rearrange delivery times.

Our couriers will not leave deliveries on the property or with neighbours.

Non Delivery Dates

We do not deliver on Sundays or the following dates in 2015:

Correct Shipping Address

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to amend order information once have left our warehouse and are on the way to you.

Custom Charges

All orders are shipped from the UK.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Delivery

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Returns & Exchanges

UK Mainland Returns

We offer free returns for orders from UK mainland.

A returns label and instructions will be included in your shipment. To print out a replacement label click here.

Please return your unworn item with 14 days of purchase for a full refund of goods.

We do not refund original shipping costs.

Cancelling Your Order

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services at ukcustomerservice@vincecamuto.co.uk quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

How to Return or Exchange

Returning or exchanging is easy as it is free of charge for orders on vincecamuto.co.uk

Follow the instructions below for easy returns:

  • Fill out the form enclosed in your parcel.
  • Please ensure you mark whether you would like a refund or an exchange and reason for return.
  • Use the resealable sticky panels on your Vince Camuto packaging to seal your package..
  • Secure the prepaid postage label provided on the outside of the packaging.
  • Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office, you will not be charged to send your goods back to us.

The Post Office will provide you with a Proof of Postage receipt; you should keep this as it contains the tracking information for your parcel. Please note that without your Royal Mail receipt, we cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange any product from the site, please specify the new size you would like to receive on the document enclosed in your package.

Select the reason for your exchange and follow the returns process above.

We endeavour to send your exchanged item within 2-3 weeks of receiving your item to our warehouse.

Store Returns

Why not return to one of our stores?

We are pleased to accept any return or exchange in selected Vince Camuto stores around the UK. Please bring all order documents included in the package as these are needed to perform the store exchange or refund.

Concessions and airports do not accept online returns.

Shoes

We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Jewellery

Earrings and hair accessories may only be returned if faulty. We do not accept returns of earrings and hair accessories for hygiene purposes.

Recieving a Refund

We endeavour to refund all customers as quickly as possible. Upon receipt of your return package to the warehouse, we will process your refund quickly.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 28 days for your refund to appear in your account.

Late Returns

Item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of our Online Customer Service Team.

Important Information

Earrings and hair accessories may only be returned if faulty. We do not refund or exchange earrings or hair accessories. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

International Returns

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on an international delivery; you will need to pay for items to be shipped back to the UK.

International vincecamuto.co.uk purchases can only be returned by post as we do not offer a collection service.

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on vincecamuto.co.uk that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Vince Camuto stores do not offer refunds or exchanges on a vincecamuto.co.uk purchase, without exception. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

International Returns Policy
